At the Fit Zone Compound, you can enjoy functional training meant to strengthen and improve a number of bodily systems at once, with an emphasis on improving your movement capabilities in daily life. This practice of complex movements requires the body to use more muscles as well as employ the stabilizing muscles. Functional training improves the posture and comprises all elements of physical fitness.
Training combines a variety of devices and equipment: kettle balls, TRX, power balls, skip ropes, power bags, tires, and more.
The intensity of training varies between lessons on a scale from beginners to more advanced training sessions.
Training takes place outside the gym, in a designated facility built especially for members of the Gordon Pool, right by Tel Aviv’s beautiful Marina!
